The City Recorder is Ms. Holly Murphy
Ms. Murphy is also the city’s Finance Director and is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO). As such, she oversees all accounting aspects of the city, including general budgets, A/P, A/R, payroll, and the operation of all department funds.
