Notes:
(*) Submittal package must be received by the codes enforcement officer in City Hall by 3:00pm or it shall not be put on the plans review agenda nor the planning commission agenda.
(**) Plans review sessions will be held at City Hall at 2:00pm on the dates above. Contractors/Developers are welcome. It is the Contractor/Developer/Owner’s responsibility to obtain plan review comments from the codes enforcement officer and revise the drawings accordingly and re-submit by the correction submittal date above.
(***) Corrections required by plans review must be received by the codes enforcement officer in City Hall by 3:00pm on the indicated date and must have addressed all deficiencies. If plans are not received in time and/or all deficiencies have not been addressed, then the item will NOT be placed on the Planning Commission agenda.
